yes my husband is 81.has parkinsons and some dementia.Has been wearing depends constantly.notice brown drop of blood last night but nothing today until tonight it was red.Could cleaning around groin have irritated inside tip of penis to cause the blood

Your Husband sounds like he is having blood in his urine and this could be a sign of irritation to the skin or penis but it could also be a urinary tract infection. If I were your husband's doctor I would check his urine for blood or infection.
