hi.

noted history of surgery weeks ago, redness in the eyes and migraine headache. what type of surgery did u undergo? the redness in your eyes may be an irritation or a viral infection if not associated with any other signs or symptoms. it would resolve spontaneously in a few days time. if the redness persisted for about a week, there's a note of pus/discharge, blurring of vision, etc., it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably an ophthalmologist, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. proper antibiotic regimen will be prescribed if bacterial infection ensues. regarding your migraine headache, it should resolve spontaneously and/or be controlled by proper intake of pain medications. if the headache is persistent or progressing in character, affecting your daily function, it is best if you consult with a neurologist for clinical evaluation. diagnostics (such as cranial ct-scan, to rule-out other intracranial pathologies which may cause the headache) and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
