General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome.

I would recommend a check on your blood pressure at the earliest and also your blood coagulation profile and lipid profile (which should be conducted early in the morning while fasting). Please get these conducted at the earliest, we should be able to find some abnormality in these and this should be corrected at the earliest either with better medications or make changes to the current treatment regimen.

Best wishes.
