What Causes Redness And Loose Eyeball Skin Of Eye?
loose skin on eyeball, woke up at 1am key was hurting when trying to open it. side of right eye was red. No injuries. currently no pain but loose eyeball skin on white area of eye. when blinking can feel it, it like its bubbled up slightly not gone down for 3 days continuing.

It seems from the history that you are having redness and bulging of conjunctiva called as chemosis of conjunctiva.
This can occur in infections or allergies of conjunctiva.
The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops or anti allergic eye drops depending on the cause.
