What Causes Red Tiny Spots In Mouth Which Are Painful?

Hi I m 21 years old, my height is 5 ft 6, weight is about 9 stone, my question is, I had sex bout 3 month ago, about 2 weeks after I started getting red tiny spots in my mouth, there not painful and do not bleed, I can feel them with my Tongue, there near the back of my mouth not far away from my tonsils, there in the exact same place on each side, cant see them in the mirror, and just a couple of days ago my knee starting aching and my left hand what could this be?

Welcome to healthcaremagic.com. Sorry to heart about the issues that you are having. What you describe is typical of Gonorrhea. It presents and acts in this manner especially the migratory joint aches. You will need to get tested and treated for STD's as who knows what else is lurking. Ceftriaxone and Azithromycin is the treatment of choice as you may also be co-infected with chlamydiae species. I hope this helps and good luck
