I have two red spots on my penis. They have been there for about a month. One is on the head and is about 15% of the head in size. The other is smaller and under the foreskin. Both are VERY slight raised and glossy. I tried a triple anti-biotic for a week or two and then tried a jock itch anti fungal. Neither have seemed to help. It doesn t itch and has no pain involved. I m in a committed relationship and haven t had sex in around 6 years....we are waiting for marriage. I m straight and only have two sexual partners in my history. 40 years old.
