What Causes Red Spots On Roof Of Mouth After Having Clindamycin?

I WAS ON ZITHROMYCIN 3 WEEKS AGO FOR STREP THROAT, THAN LAST WEEK MY THROAT BECAME SORE AGAIN, SO THEY PUT ME ON CLINDAMYCIN. i'M STILL ON THE CLINDAMYCIN (DAY 4 OF IT) AND WHEN I LOOKED IN THE MIRROR THIS MORNING i HAVE RED SPOTS ALL OVER THE ROOF OF MY MOUTH...WHAT COULD THIS BE?

Hi.
The red spots all over the roof of the mouth can be due to multiple aphthous ulcers, which is common in upper respiratory infections.
This need no antibiotic. Multivitamins , Vit A and D in therapeutic dosage and oral steroids if required can hep to have a faster relief and better recovery,
Continue Clindamycin for your Tonsillitis
