What Causes Red Spots On Penis Head Post Masturbation?

Hi, I just finished masturbating and when I got out of the shower I noticed some small red dots on my dick head and a lil on the upper shaft. What could it be? It does not hurt and is not itchy. I have had unprotected sex today as well, but did not notice it after that.

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The red spots on the penis can be because of the trauma caused during masturbation. That has resulted in erosion of the mucosa covering the penis. Nothing to be panic, you can use topical anesthetic like lignocaine, if you have pain. It will heal in 3-5days interval.
