What Causes Red Spots In Eye Post Cataract Surgery?

hello,
MY mother had an contract surgery almost like 6 days back and she has got bacterial infection now, there are red and white dots in the eyes without any pain but vision is 0. Doc in my country has told us that she needs another surgery, i just wanted to know is it going to effect my mothers vision after 2nd surgery?

It seems from the history that your mother is having infection following cataract surgery.
These symptoms indicate infection of the eye in the post operative period. The most serious one of them is bacterial endophthalmitis which requires treatment at the earliest. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor at the earliest for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment.
