What Causes Red Spots And Soreness On Anus?

I have around 3 small red marks that are located near my anus they have become sore recently what could it be? I ve recently had thrush on the skin of my penis which I am using a cream for, diagnosed by my doctor it is also worth noting I have OCD with wiping and washing.I have never had any form of anal sex and have had one sexual partner for almost four years.Please contact soon

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Soreness and red spots on anus with your problem of OCD seems that it is caused due to dryness. As such, it doesn't look like fissure in ano.
Kindly wash the area with mild antiseptic like Savlon. You can use hydrocortizone cream twice daily for local application. You need to apply zinc oxide and paraffin containing cream at bedtime to prevent dryness. Wear loose undergarments to keep the area ventilated.
In case with this it doesn't get better, then you need to get evaluated and treated by a Surgeon.
