Use aloe Vera to soothe the area or apply 1 percent hydrocortisone two or three times per day, if itching and redness is there... For the bumps: as long as they re not painful and don t bother you, there s no problem. Keep them clean and dry, and do not pick them...If they are painful this means a secondary infection you should take an antibiotic course like Augmentin 625 thrice a day for 5 days with topical mupirocin twice a day...
