What Causes Red Rashes On The Neck And Stomach Of A Child?
my 3 yr old grandson has almost solid red small blotch like places on his backof neck his back and stomach they don t itch or hurt these came after 3 or 4 days of low grade fever he also has very very small and very few whitish skin color bumps on his arms and wrist none of the show any itch or discomfort does this sound like scabies

1) As per your history take [Abcef] dispertab 100 mg 2 times per day for 7 days to prevent secondary bacterial infection
2) Add [Vidaylin vitamin A syrup] 5ml once a day
3) Check his vaccine chart if[ MMR] vaccine has been given or not? Dx-measles
