Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of rashes on arms which is very common. I would suggest you to keep this area clean and dry , apply cream containing azelaic acid , apply warm compresses with soaked towel and apply vitamin C serum at night. You should avoid touching or pricking rashes. If condition doesn't get better then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically along with blood test and sample for lab test . Doctor may prescribe immunosuppressants , antibiotics like clindamycin , anti inflammatory or anti fungal . Doctor may also prescribe benzoyl peroxide ointment . Apply ice pack on rashes 2-3 times a day.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
