What Causes Red Palms?

Im 18 and my hands are very red and have been for my whole life pretty much and I m pretty sure I might have Exfoliative Keratolysis. The peeling goes away but the redness stays and never goes away...just wondering if there s something that can make my hands not so red

Hello,

I can understand your concern for the red palms. It appears to be related to Exfoliative Keratolysis of the affected area.

In my patients I prefer to apply a cream containing moisturizing factors for multiple times. Stay away form dry weather and dusty envioroment. Meet a dermatologist for further help.
All the best.
