What Causes Red Line Come Down The Middle Of The Forehead To Nose?

Hello, Today I noticed randomly that there was a red/purpleish line coming down the middle of my forehead in between my eyebrows, and stopping where my nose begins. I did not bump, scratch, or burn it. This just happened on its own. I was hoping you could help me on why this happened and hot to remove it.
