What Causes Red Flat Abrasions On The Penis After Intercourse?
after intercourse, I get 2-3 red flat abrasions on my penis just at the base/rim of the meatus ..same places everytime. They do not really bleed, but irritating and burning .. i have to avoid sex for a few days and they look healed(no open sore)...but recur after sex again...very limiting now .. i have even used lubricants prior to sex to no avail

In my opinion the preexisting skin lesion need to be treat first, because this may not be visible but because of friction this erupted, so better try steroid containing cream and the best option would be Mometasone cream, hope this information helps.
