Hi, i have recently researched what appears to be like red tiny pin sized dots on both of my hands on both sides. They are not clustered together, they do no hurt or itch and they fade away when i press on them. I had them for a couple of months now and new ones keep apperaing here and there. what should i do and what can you say about this?
I can understand your concern for the red dots on hands. After analyzing your query it appears to be angiomas of the skin. These are quite common in females of above 40 years and are quite normal to see in general population. In my patients with your kind of condition I suggest to leave these as it is or can be removed with a procedure known as radiocautery. You can get guidance from your treating dermatologist.
All the best.
