What Causes Red Dots On Feet, Legs And Arms?

I see some red dots that s started at my feet and worked up to legs and arms. I bought some cheap socks that were 20% poloyester 80% cotton. I never known to be allergic to these things. I was thinking maybe something I ate or something these socks were around before I got them. What do you think?

Hello,
Thanks for the query,
You might be suffering from allergic contact dermatitis.
It is an allergic reaction of skin to a particular product to which you came in contact with.
Please apply a steroid cream like fluticasone.
Also take an antihistamine tablet.
This will give you relief.
A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.
