ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Believe it nothing serious. Those are all small tiny pharyngeal tonsils which get inflammed on exposure to cold , crowd and air Conditioners.
If there is associated fever , myalgia then he may require ENT advice, if not salt water gargling, Vit C rich food , Hot water for drinking are more than enough. Take care.
