What Causes Red Dots In Condom And Burning Sensation In Penis After Sex?

I m 19 years old Before 6 hours i had intercourse using condom but after ejaculation when I ve removed condom red small dots appeared on penis head under foreskin and its burning when I ve washed with cold water it also burns when foreskin is pulled backward I m very tensed what has happened..?? I use condom for every intercourse while this intercourse I ve tryed different flavour of condom other then i usually use.. what should i do to cure it can any skin powder or any cream may cure this..??

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What red spots you have noticed on the penis head could be an allergic reaction for the condoms you have used.
There is nothing to worry about it as it can be overcome by means of medications.
Kindly wash the area with cold water and mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
After drying, apply Hydrocortisone cream over the region. Take Tablet.Levocetirizine once a day for 3 days. Try to avoid using different types of condoms and stick to using one type which would not cause any such reaction.
