What Causes Red Circular Rashes On Back, Chest And Underarms?

I developed a red precise circular rash (50p piece size) at the top of my back last week. The pharmacist advised that this was likely to be Ringworm and I have been using an anti-fungal cream since Saturday. However, since the rashes seem to have spread and are on my underarms back, breasts, tummy. These are different in size and more like blotchy spots. The latest rash today is a straight line on my tummy (approx. 6cm) and is almost speckled with purple/ red little dots and almost looks bruised underneath. None of these are really itchy. Is Ringworm the correct diagnosis?

Hello

This may be an allergic urticaria. The ringworm lesion usually does not spread so fast. Both the allergic urticaria and ringworm are usually itchy but not always. An antiallergic like cetrizine/fexofenadine along with steroid cream helps.
Regards
