Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns...
In my opinion all u need is reassurance... Just stay calm and try to keep your affected finger as immobile as possible. Apply ice to it and use acetaminophen to relieve pain...
Do meet an orthopedic surgeon and get an x ray of affected limb done....
It will take atleast two weeks to get settle..
Get well soon
