What Causes Red Bump On Scrotum?

Ok so about a 2 1/2 weeks ago I noticed a red bump on my ball sack and I popped it a tiny thick cheizy like substance came out and it kinda healed and left a small crator like hole in the middle never scabbed or was itchy or anything like that it was just there then about 3 days ago I got another one on my ball sack nothing came out when I popped it but it left the same kind of red creator like hole did not itch or burn or anything now at the base of my penis I have a red bump with a hair in the middle so I pulled the hair out and it left a raised bump where it once was and about a centimeter from it was a barely seeible shiny bump that I tried to pop but nothing came out so I squized it with my nails and pulled and I think I pulled out some skin or a white head not sure...ive been to the doctor for both of the ones on my balls and they said they don t look like an std or anything the first on is actually closed up but is still a little raised and still a bit red they said not to worry but im I guy what can I say its on a verry private part of my body

Hello
Thanks for query ,
Based on the facts that you have highlighted I think you have multiple Sebaceous Cysts over scrotal sac.

The scrotal skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.

Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected.

Take antibiotic like Doxicycline twice daily for a week .

If persists consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment.

If needed some of them which are bigger may need to get excised in Toto (Completely along with the sac).

Please note that maintaing proper personal hygiene is very important to prevent getting these cysts.
