What Causes Red Blotchy Rash On Ankles And Shins?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query he... Hello I have had a red Bloch rash on my ankles and shins it doesn't feel like anything is there, it don't itch,hurt or anything but very werid looking I have had it for about 7 months it does not seem to be getting better I have noticed that it is spreading but only to the back of my shins an top of foot what could this be?? I have been told that it could be poor circulation in my leg could this be the case? Very concerned please help!! Roxy Balt.

* Likely to be unresolved viral / fungal manifestation of any skin infection,
a clinical photograph of the same would be of great help to figure out the
