What Causes Red Blotches On Top Of Feet And Ankles?

Have red blotches on top of feet and ankles . Doesn t bother me until I take of socks and air hits them when I get home. Itches a lot . Tried cortizone cream. And Benadryl cream. Benadryl seems better. This is my mothers e- mail. Address. I am a 45 year old male

I really appreciate your concern, this could be due to contact dermatitis and underlying cause would be the matter of concern for the symptomatic relief "Diphenhydramine lotion" can be tried, but important would be causative factor, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
