What Causes Red And Itchy Bumps On Labia Minora?

Hi, I have recently noticed some red itchy bumps just inside on my labia minora since shaving my vaginal area yesterday. I think it may be razor rash as an STI is unlikely (myself and my partner have only been with each other and never have unprotected sex) but I just wanted a second opinion on this?

Your symptoms are mostly suggestive of vaginal fungal infection. For which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching and redness. You can take fluconazole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into your vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain local hygiene of private parts either by regular washing with soap water or you can use v-wash vaginal gel.
