What Causes Red And Inflamed Sore On Breast?

Hello, quick question . I had a small sore on my right breast , they looked like a boil or small pimple . I left it alone then it poped . After popping there was puss which I cleaned up and drained the remaining and applied neoporin . There was a small hole left behind ,I covered it wih a bandaid to be safe . The next day I took the band aid off to see and noticed it was red and filed with puss again . Once more I drained it and cleaned it . It is red ,sore and inflamed , also seems to be spreading , little red ish lines . After Looking at some pictures about staph infections and Mrsa , I am scared . What should I do ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be having ingrown hair follicle infection producing induration, cellulitis and pus formation.
It requires proper cleaning by removing pus and dressing.
You might require one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 5 days.
Ok and take care.
