What Causes Recurring Ulcerative Colitis?
hey i have taken wysolone 20mg for Ulcerative colitis and my problem was ok for about 6 months but now again it has started and when consulted i have been prescribed to do the course again. i want to know the ill effects of doin the course again. and is it ok to do the course again?

Ill effects of steroids include gastric upset, gastric ulceration and weakening of the bones. I would suggest you to take Cap. Omeprazole 40mg before breakfast and Vit D and Calcium supplements like Osnate-D to avert side effects of long term steroid therapy
