done blood test in Widal test report shows positive 1:160 typhoid h category n doctor has prescribe me taxim-0 200 two tabs 4 5 days & pyrigesic tab 4 3 times a day n from past 3 years i have faced typhoid 4 3 times in all rainy seasons requires urs suggestions

I appreciate your concern regarding typhoid fever.
It is unfortunate that you are getting typhoid from the past 3 years and that too during rainy seasons.
It depends upon what type of food you consume and the type of drinking water you drink
As a matter of fact, the drinking water supply in the some of the cities in the developing world get contaminated by faulty water supply system, the sewage gets contaminated with the drinking water as both the systems run side by side under the ground. This could be the cause of getting typhoid during rainy seasons.
Typhoid also spreads by consuming contaminated poultry, eggs, etc.
