Hello and thanks Doctor for your time. I have been having very bad head headache at the top of my head (diameter of about 3 inches) since Dec 22, 2015, with nausea at times. I had a very stressful day and night when the headache began. I had a glass of wine to try and relax me from the stress. I also masturbated when the headache began right after ejaculation. I have already taken 2 rounds of antibiotics for a possible sinus infection, used nasichort (sp?) nose spray, Afrin for about 4 days, some allegra and sinus salt water rinse with no relief. I also had a CT scan of the head (no contrast) with nothing showing other than acute sinusitis in the maxillary and ethmoid sinsus. With the headache I have very bad brain fog and a throbbing sensation. I also seem to have some eye blurriness.The headache got worse two days ago when I raised my voice and still is bothering me today very bad with nausea. I am concerned that with the headache worsening and lasting this long, that a possible brain aneurysm (unruptured/ruptured) could be going on. I have had some history of exercise induced migraines in the past, though this headache feels very different than those in the past. Please give me your opinion on my situation. Thanks again. Ronnie
