General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Syphilis once treated well will not recurs. It is an infection that responds well to Benzalthin penicillin G injection. However, being treated for syphilis does not prevent you from having it again when exposed to the germ causing it.Syphilis does has skin manifestations but not all skin diseases/disorders are linked to syphilis.I will suggest you see a Dermatologist for examination and better treatment.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
