What Causes Recurring Spasms In Left Temple Area?

Hello. For about 2 weeks now I have been getting this twitching/spasm feeling in my left temple area. It does it off and on throughout the day. I can actually feel it with my hand if I hold it up to my head. It don t bring pain or anything it s just freaking me out. Any idea what this could be? I do have high blood pressure which I am going to get medicine for this coming week. I m a 33 yr old male. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Twicthing and spasm in the temple area could mean either neuralgias or calcium deficiency. I suggest you to try a course of Tab. Shelcal 500 mg once a day after food for 15 days and take Tab. Tryptomer 25 mg once a day for 3 days at bedtime.
Hope this helps.
