General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

She is underweight and probably malnutritioned which could be the reason why she has been developing the muscular pain and also bruises as nutritional deficiencies can easily result in such a presentation. I would suggest consultation with a psychiatrist to rule out eating disorders and help encourage her to eat better for better health.

Best wishes.
