What Causes Recurring Sore Throat, Low Grade Fever, Ear Pain And Headache?

my 18 y.o. daughter has had 2 rounds of antibiotics for a sore throat/strep. as soon as she is done with the meds her symptoms immediately come back. she has an enlarged gland on the left side, what appears to be tonsil stones coming from the tonsil area on that side, low grade fever, ear pain and head pain? at this point i am not sure what is wrong. she also tested negative for mono

She has tonsillitis and a swab culture needs to be taken from it to identify the infecting organism and it's antibiotic sensitivity for proper treatment.
