General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I can understand your concern.
I would like to know if you have been using any medications on a long run such as painkillers?
I would suggest tab pan d to be taken half hour before breakfast for ten days. If the problem persists kindly get an upper gi endoscopy done where we can know of a bacterial infection (h.pylori) for which antibiotics can be prescribed. It would also detect any other cause of heart burn. HOpe you are satisfied with the response. Thanks for choosing HCM
