What Causes Recurring Pleurisy And Numbness In The Finger?

I have had pleuritis numerous times in the past 4 years or so. I usually get it when ive had a cold too long but this time I just randomly got it. I had a finger that has been numb for months I thought it was due to a tet shot that I received but now my arm and hand become numb on occasion. is all of this related to pleuritis? and why do I keep getting it?
