Hi,

As you are a non smoker and your cardiac profile is within the normal limit, you need not worry much.
Pain in your left arm and shoulder radiating to the chest wall can be due to musculo-skeletal problems(Frozen shoulder/Bursitis/rotator cuff problems etc).
I suggest you to get an x-ray of the left arm and shoulder joint to be done and consult with an orthopedician.

Also get your blood sugar tested. Sometimes, high blood sugar levels can also give rise to such pain.

Meanwhile, you can have anti-inflammatory drugs like aceclofenac and serratiopeptidase for pain relief.
Hot fomentation is uesful,
Avoid massaging.

Take care
