What Causes Recurring Nose Bleeds And Dizziness?

Hi my names emily im 18 and ive had a nose bleed and during the nose bleed i got dizzy this had never aappend befor as i used to get normal nose bleeds i havent had a cold for months so i knew it wouldnt of been a cold but the other day i was naughty and sniffed mkat i didnt kmow if that waa the cause or not hope you reply

I really appreciate your concern, this is epistaxis and may be due to cold but underlying cause of systemic disease need to be ruled out, it may be idiopathic, better to get done routine blood test and some blood disorder regarding tests, condition may not be taken lightly unless proved not danger, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
