What Causes Recurring Nightmares Followed By Headaches?

I used to go through a phase last year where I would get so many headaches, some lasting days and some lasting minutes. It seems to have stopped now but I ve noticed that every time I have a bad dream, I wake up with a headache, some worse than others. I ve told my family about my headaches, they think it is my sinus or allergy to gluten, or my eyes. I tested my eyes and they were perfectly fine. I went to a homeopath and they gave me something that has now helped except for getting the headaches after nightmares. I don t take the medication anymore, although now I do get a lot less headaches generally. (I also get a lot of nightmares this year recently)

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given history here could be suggestive of some psychological disturbances and it may not be due to any disease and it may not even requires any treatment but try to come out of this condition on your own and you can do this, try to forget the bad incidence if ever happened some time, concentrate on present duties of life and be practical hope this information helps.
