What Causes Recurring Headaches?

I Have A Lot Of Headaches From Time To Time, I m Not Sure If Its Because I Don t Eat Half Of The Day or What, buh Even After I Try To Sleep It Off I ll Still Wake Up With A Headache. I m Not Sure If I Have Migraines or Headaches As I Really Don t Know The Difference. My Last Headache Was So Bad That The Right Side Of My Mouth Started Jumping & Wouldn t Stop... What s Going On ?

Thanks for posting your query.

Yes your headache is suggestive of Migraine. There are certain trigger factors for Migraine like Lack of sleep, Starving, Stress, Certain food and smell.

But before going to treatment of Migraine I would advice you to get your eyes checked and if they are normal get a CT scan of your head . If the scan also turns out to be normal then you can start Migraine treatment .

For treatment you need to get a prescription for Sibelim and use it every night for 3 months irrespective of whether you have or don't have headache.

Also make sure you eat well and regularly and sleep well.
