What Causes Recurring Headaches With Nausea And Dizziness?
I have been getting headaches for about a year now. They last about a minute or sometimes 5 minutes or more. For the past 8 months I ve been getting nausea, dizzy, and lightheadedness. I ve used pain pills but they dont help. What can I do to stop my headaches because it affects me alot??
There are numerous causes for headaches and so you need to get elaborately evaluated for the cause and then treated. Causes can include blood pressure fluctuations, blood glucose fluctuations, vision problems, migraine headaches, stress, anxiety, etc. So please first meet a general physician and then he/she will direct you from there if required at all.
Best wishes.
