Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have recurring episodes of dizziness, fatigue and sensitivity of skin . Well there can be many reasons for the symptom you mention in query like ;-

- Low blood sugar and iron level ( which you already rule out ) .
- Some medications like anti-seizure drugs, antidepressants, sedatives and tranquilizers.
- Ear infection .
-Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
- Meniere's disease .
- Migraine .
- Allergic reaction from some food and skin product .

But it seems to me that in your case symptoms occur due to allergic reaction due to some skin product or due to some food like sea food or nuts . I would suggest you to take proper rest , drink lot of water , take anti histamine like bendryl twice a day and consult allergy specialist as soon as possible . Doctor may give adrenaline short , anti emetic drug or refer you to ENT specialist if he/she find this problem to be related with ear . Avoid bending forward .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
