What Causes Recurring Dizziness, Shortness Of Breath And Chest Pain?

4 days ago I started having dizziness - I noticed it when I was doing my warmups during the morning before exercise. When I got up from stretching, I almost fell into a desk! I was able to do my workout but anytime I looked up or moved real fast getting up or when I went to bed and was lying down and looked up I got dizzy again. It does not go away when I close my eyes - in fact, gets a bit worse. I have had some chest pain also - more shortness of breath than anything. I also have had some head/body aches. I am diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and take Mesalamine for that. I don t know why the dizziness won t go away. I am 50 years old (female). I run every day, like about 12 miles, so I am used to working out

It is possible you have low or high blood pressure. Also get tested for Diabetes. Keep well hydrated. Wiggle your ankles and feel good a minute before standing up. Keep legs elevated.
