What Causes Recurring Diarrhea And Stomach Pain?

I have been having diarrhea about once a month( 3 times) along with a pain in my upper left abdominal area along with a stomach ache for the last 2 months. I was taking a garcinea product for 4 months with good results but stopped when the first round of symptoms appeared. Now the symptoms returned and I don t understand why when I am not using it any more.

Hi thanks for contacting health care magic.

Here you can have chronic gastritis like infective condition according to history...

First rule out h.pylori induce chronic gastritis ....
For that urea breath test useful....
If positive then omeprazole plus ampicillin and clarithromycine drugs package available taken for minimum 14 days.

If h.pylori negative then it could be non specific gastritis ...
For that omeprazole simply given for 2 week.
Fruits taken more....
Avoid gastric irritants like ....
-smoking
-alcohol
-tea
-excess coffe
-excess spicy and non veg foods...

If still no benefit then USG abdomen or endoscopy with biopsy done to investigate further.
