What Causes Recurring Constipation And Dark Yellow Urine?
Why am I always constipated. I've been having that problem all my life. I try to drink water and eat more fiber but sometimes it doesn't help. My urine is usually a dark yellow or bright yellow. What does bright yellow mean. How do I help myself go to the bathroom easier? I don't
want to have to keep using suppositories and pericolace tablets.

for dark yellow urine evaluation, you may test your Liver function Test to rule our any pathology related to increased bilirubin.
With regards to chronic constipation it may be related with :
- IBS with constipation.In such cases it may be associated with mucous on stool too.
regarding chronic constipation, you may undergo colonoscopy OR first follow following advice":
- take plenty of water
- use vegetables and fresh fruits reached in fibers
- use olive oil three teaspoon per day
- increase physical activity
- use duphalac two teaspoon per day
- avoid unnecessary stress
