What Causes Recurring Chest Pain And Difficulty In Swallowing?

I have periodic chest pain. Feels like when you swallow something and it gets stuck half way down, only I have not been eating anything. Nothing immediately stressing me to cause it. Pain is from my jawbone down to my chest. Usually lasts about 5 minutes.
