What Causes Recurring Bloating, Nausea And Sharp Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

I have been experiencing fullness ,bloating, extended stomach, nausea. I keep getting a sharp pain in the right lower half of my stomach every now and again. Its been happening for months. I walk around with burning in my throat and when I eat it feels like the food is stuck in my esophagus.
