What Causes Recurring UTI After Kidney Stones Removal Using Catheter?

Sir i was suffred frm kidney stone in 2014. Stone size is approx 12mm which was removed by dr. by pcln. He used cather in that. After that i am suffring fron recurrent uti. The bacteria occurance show in one test and not show in again test. In jan 2015 dr give me faro alpha 2 times daily niftran 1 cap daily cranpac 1 tab daily. I was fine after that. Nw after 8 mnths i am suffring from uti again. Dr advice me to to take same medicine again as pus cell is only5-6. I was fine for one week. Nw i am suffring from chills and fever.what should i do. I had done ct scan, DTPA TEST and some other tests all are fine. M soo scared what to do nw. I does not want to take antibiotics more as i am resitent to many antibiotics already.

I really appreciate your concern, ,if this is the reoccurrence history of urinary tract infection then it need to be tested for culture sensitivity test and antibiotic may not be taken without this test but it can be managed with "Disodium hydrogen citrate" 20 ml three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
