What Causes Recurrent Lump Between The Scrotum And The Anus?

I have a lump that is between scrotum and anus that has come and gone twice now . I sqeezed it the first time and it was filled with blood this time however I haven t touched it and it is larger than before a couple inches long by an inch maybe should I be worried

By your history and description, possibility of boil or infected sebaceous cyst is more.
So better to consult doctor and get done clinical examination of swelling.
You will need surgically removal of this swelling.
Oral antibiotic, anti inflammatory and other supportive drugs are also needed.
Also rule out diabetes as this kind of recurrent abscess is common interests diabetes.
