What Causes Recurrent Itchy Spot And Bruise On Left Thigh?

Hi, every so often (approx once a month) for the last 9 years I get itchy on one spot on my left thigh. I scratch it for a few mins but when I wake in the morning there s always a massive bruise. It always happens in the same spot. The bruise is about a 10cm diameter. I was tested for an auto immune disease years ago but they couldn t provide a diagnosis. It s become much more frequent over the past year. Do you know what it could possibly be? Thank you

Hello
It could be eczema or psoriasis.
But it can be only diagnosed after the due analysis.
I would suggest you to share the details of complain, history of disease , medicine taken and if possible share pictures of disease. It woud help me to understand the case in better manner.
Hope this is clear to you and case of any query feel free to ask

Thanks
